I took the aluminum goose neck fitting out of the boom. Then drilled the casting and put a bolt in it to prevent rotation. I heard that another C38 owner took the casting out and had it welded. I think that either solution works.

Garhauer told me the boom cant twist and the standard boom does. how did you prevent the boom from twisting?
