[C38] Stern Ladder and railing

Hi Russ,

I hope these photos work on our email list server.  The old server 
forwarded the picture files in text (hundreds of pages per 
photo).  Let me know if you need more pictures, I do have some 
others, although these seem to tell the whole story.

As you will see, an additional vertical leg was added to each side 
for structural strength.
