[C38] New traveller risers

Hi Les and every body,,

Thaks for good comments for risers and floor boards.

For the sole I used 3/8" plywood from a very good wood with a very strange 
name!!! Impossible to translate. made the channels with a router and cut 
some wooden strips, pressed them in with glue, sand them, tapped the white 
strips  and added some tint for the right color, the I gave them 6 layers of 
polyurethane varnish. I made molds for the whole interior with cardbord. It 
took two weekends t do this. I'm going to cut and install next week.

Les, I've been living here all my life. Remember why I was looking for a 
used furler, because of tax issues here in customs????
