[C38] Fuel tank tech info

It seems that the smaller fuel tank is also wider. Estancia is a 1982 and
has the large tank. The raw water inlet is located between the engine mounts
and the tank. On Phil's pics, that won't be possible, and that's why is
located after the tank.
