[C38] Stove removal on CAT 38

The stove was already out of mine and replaced with a fridge when I bought
it. The PO built a small shelf for the fridge to sit on, and a small shelf
just above to use as a counter. Actually, if I remember correctly, the
shelf and counter are a single framed box; the top of the counter extends
just over the existing fore and aft counters, and the lower shelf hangs from
this new counter. There is a bracket on each hanger where a bar is inserted
across the front of the fridge to keep the door closed when heeling (imagine
a bar across a barn door). Oh yeah, that is something to watch out for;
don't open the door if heeled to starboard, unless you were already planning
on cleaning out your fridge. If I had some pics, I would post them, but
unfortunately I don't. The next time I get down to the boat, I will try to
take some pics.

Sincerely,
Russ Duff
