[C38] Stove removal on CAT 38

Hi,
    Speaking of stoves, a hot stove item is US Sailing's edit that all 
racers must join US Sailing. It is quite some time until the Cat 38 
Nationals but I want to make it clear that membership in US Sailing is 
NOT required to race in our Nationals. All that is required is 
membership in our Cat 38 Association so I want everyone to mark their 
calendars to participate in our 2008 National Championship Regatta. Joe
