[C38] Up the mast without a backstay? (Was BindingHalyards/Masthead)

Russ, I would suggest taking the main halyard back to a cleat and cranking
it up pretty tight to act as a backstay.  That's what we do when we have to
take ours down and have the hydraulic pump rebuilt.
