[C38] Rudder issues

We could not agree more with Charles on the rudder issue.  We had ours
dropped and found problems that could have become significant.  We actually
had a new rudder made, more elliptical, for Hassle and replaced the quadrant
during a major overhaul of the bottom, paint from toe rails down, bottom
etc.  Incidentally, the new rudder I believe will make changing the cutlass
bearing easier too.  If any one wants photos let me know and I'll send some
on.
