[C38] Perko cockpit scuppers

These will do the job. They are expensive, and they won't fit where the 
original holes are sited; the cockpit sole is too close to the bottom of 
the boat. So, new holes a few inches inboard and forward. Lots of work 
which I have not yet taken on. I use soft rubber plugs to bung the 
drains while sailing.
