[C38] Backstay Adjusters

Steve:  putting about 1000lbs on our hydraulic backstay tensioner 
greatly improves beating performance on Discreet Charm. We use much less 
tension when running. More than about 2000 lbs bends the boat, and the 
door to the heat won't open. Don
