[C38] engine mounts

Hi Tom,

Replacing the engine mounts is very easy if you do one mount at a time. 
The hard part is re-aligning the engine once the new mounts are in.  If you
have not done the sail locker modification to remove the locker floor, it
will be good time to do that first.
