[C38] Galley Rail

I had a stainless steel rail fabricated to go in front of the stove, It
was designed to attach to the aft side of cabinet just below the sink
then on top of the counter just in front of the ice box.  They messed up
on two dimensions so they are doing it over for me.   The original one
is still usable if someone wants to trim their teak to accommodate the
errors.  I thought I would throw it out to the list as a freebie, first
come first served.
