[C38] PHRF rating versus actual displacement?

One of the haulouts prior to the hull change, and with all our cruising
gear aboard, I was told JACE's weight was 16800. With our estimated
water plane at 312 square feet, that works out to 2.1" greater draft.

After the hull job, our draft appeared to lift about 1" or about 1200
lbs. I'll check on the next haulout if the crane operator has a
measurement capability there.
