[C38] The deck/hull joint

Max,
I was planning on going around the boat on a ladder with a moto tool
working between the toe rail and the hull. I think I would have to
completely remove the toe rail to get at it from the deck side. I did
that once on a 21 foot sailboat and won't ever do it again!
I was planning on taping the toe rail and the hull, and then forcing the
5200 in through a narrow tip and smoothing with a wet finger.
