Thanks everyone for the kind words, but one disclaimer!  I hope no one 
thinks I can fill Tom T's shoes!  He is one of the most knowledgeable 
people I have run into in terms of the real, practical know how that has 
helped so many of us over our years of knowing him.  I am in academia 
and we call people like him "Emeritus Professors."   That is how I think 
of Tom and DO I HOPE HE STICKS WITH US!
