[C38] Ladder, Martec prop & opening ports

High Dan Bill Knowles I have my 38 Flying Goose in Rock Hall. You may want
to look at a kiwi three blade feathering prop, I have one and it is great.
You may be able to buy a new one for  the price of a used martec. There is a
picture in the new sail mag. april 2010. Good luck
