Nancy and I discovered that alcohol will sometimes loosen these kinds of
freezes, and my second favorite is liquid wrench. 
	
	In either case, put some on (sparingly with liquid wrench) cover with a
cloth and I usually add a bit of plastic like a plastic bag taped over
the offending part and rag, wait about an hour if you are patient
enough, and then try loosening it.  I have had about an 80% success rate
with this, then it is heat and a bigger hammer, usually accompanied by
some boat tax.
