[C38] 1/4 inch bolts holding the track?

Charles,
    My impression exactly. When we took the bolts out we were very 
surprised that the factory had used 1/4 inch of that length. They went 
to the trouble of taking 2 -4 inch bolts and welding them together to 
get the length. The Harken risers are held down with 3/8 bolts. Joe
