[C38] cheapo self tailing winch modification

Don: They are called Winchers and come from Finland I think, are sold by a 
company in New Hampshire. I have had them on my Cat 38 in the Caribbean for 
10 years and my Morgan 38-2 for about 20 years ( I'm on the second set). The 
are undersized for our winchs but the nylon gets them on, The piece thats 
supposed to go around the top is forced under the top.
