[C38] cheapo self tailing winch modification

Don: For some reason part of my posting didn't make it. You can use the 
largest Wincher and get it on pulling it with nylon  webbing, one on the 
opposite primary and the other on  same side secondary, one person on each 
winch another guiding the wincher on. Like I said 10 years in the Caribbean 
on one set. They do work and can be forced on..
