[C38] How about a Burgee?

Ok,
I have tried to portray the two suggestions so far.  I took figure 3 and 
put blue where the white was (this is four colors).  I also split the 
arrowhead into red and blue...
This is really at my design limits!  So, we have four in the running at 
this point:

#3 Original
#2 Original
#3 Modified with Blue Background
#3 Modified with Blue Arrowhead

Any more ideas, input or whatever?
