[C38] WHA-HOO...She's getting wet today!

Well, I ended up having flat water...and as things turned out, I had it for
3 days, which was fine for the shakedown cruise.  Its good to be back in the
water; you folks in the south and west get to play all year long so you'll
have to pardon my enthusiasm.
