[C38] Burgee

Looks great, I can hardly wait to hoist it in Brickyard Cove. It'll be good
to have something to fly in defiance of all the shiny now (slow) Beneteau
cruisers on our dock ;-)

I assume Steve got the check, but it hasn't cleared yet so I guess he was
holding it until the burgees came in -- if this isn't the case, please let
me know!!
