[C38] Burgee Update

Steve Orton got back to me with the list of checks he has received and I 
have your Burgees all packaged, addressed and ready to mail!  
Unfortunately, I missed the last mail on Saturday so they will be mailed 
out Monday morning.  As soon as I mail your Burgees, I am going to the 
Mighty Quinn to be the first to fly it (picture will be posted).
