[C38] fresh water to the head

Jace has one in the inlet line that is just a standard ball valve,
mounted just between the head and the bulkhead under the drawer.  Next
time I am at the boat I can send you a photo of that.  I owe one to Max
of my electrical panel anyway.  Now I have two reasons to go there.
