[C38] Life-lines

Patrick,
Instead of the tipical 7x7 wire inside the coating, uncoated 1x19 is the one
used for lifelines, just like the ones on your standing rigging but with a
smaller diameter.
They do have saved me lots of times from falling overboard by dealing with
50knot winds or just by slip  or trip on one of the many lines, blocks, etc
on deck.
