[C38] Knot meter location

Just forward of the head door, there is a removable panel.  JACE's
knotmeter is right there.  I think that is just about 1' in front of the
keel.  If you look at some of the photos of the boats in the list, you
can see during haulouts where the knot meter is I'll bet.  Although it
might be hard to determine just where they might be.
