[C38] Rigid vang

Chuck, did you send in all the requisite info they ask for on the
website...or are our boats standard enough that they already have that?
 I've been thinking about a rigid vang for a while, but of course now that
there's a sale the mast is down and covered with snow so accurate
measurements aren't an option.
