Joey -  To answer your question about the Strong Track...let me offer this. 
As the Lee Sails rep here in Oregon....I have sold probably 17 ST units.  I
have one on my Ranger 23 but have not yet considered it for our Cat 38.  My
customers have nothing but praise for it.  Especially those with an external
track.  It installs so easily...I have out one on in 15 minutes.  The only
change you really have to make is to web on the slides.  Most everyone
chooses the stainless slides.  The price includes track and whatever slides
you need.  Retail price is $27.50/ft and I sell it for $24/ft.
