[C38] SFB Tsunami

Called the marina at Emery Cove and was told, "It looked like the tide 
going out. No problems."
Latitude 38 has a video of some hefty river-like action in Sausalito, 
but it shows no damage.
As of this AM, Bodega Bay was still experiencing bathtub sloshings. Don
