[C38] Rudderpost Tube Redo

C38 association dues just paid, I'm now logged in and looking at the
drawing for the rudderpost resin repair.

Ut oh! Doesn't look like my boat!

My boat has an exposed portion of the rudder post beneath the deck where
the wheel use to attach, and something that looks sort of like a stuffing
box where the post goes down through the hull and out to the rudder.

Ideas?
