[C38] Fwd: Fwd: Tsunami Shots from above Harbor by Max

Ventura had 15 knots for more than 4 hours. This was measured by the 
Harbor Patrol.  Sunday, when we were sailing from Oxnard to Santa 
Barbara and passing by, the Coast Guard was on Channel 16 warning 
everyone to avoid Ventura Haarbor. They had removed all their navigation 
buoys because they had been moved all over. They were still clocking 4 
knots current - on Sunday afternoon.  Both Channel Islands Harbor and 
Santa Barbara had some surge on Sunday but less than Ventura.  Joe
