[C38] Upgrades

So far it's a toss up between the Garhauer rigid vang and the new stereo
system.  The family loves music and I love not having to deal with the
boom lift.  With that said, we bought the boat with what I consider
critical upgrades including self tailing winches all around, spinnaker
gear, and a relatively complete and operating set of instruments.  But I
could really use an apparent wind angle and VMG gauges, and maybe a new
chartpoltter, and maybe a larger inverter, and.....................
