Hummm, can you send me a photo at your convenience? I was thinking of
something going over the top of the latching device to hold them in, your
solution sounds a little better though.

Larry,
I use to have the same problem, what I did was put two barrel bolts on
each leg on the inside, then drilled the floor to accept the male end, with
the bolts extended into the floor the ladder wont creep up like it use to.

them coming up and loose? If so, what have you done to prevent this? To
