[C38] dodger frame

hey Bill, whe you have the chance, could you please check what's the height
of your dodger????

Jace's dodger is 63" and it looks good, and I got the measure from another
C38 and it was 68" from the cockpit, so I need to get the right measure,
like an average, so it won't end up being too small, or too tall and kill
the looks of the boat....
