Larry, you may be able to find the part you need at Performance Yacht  
Systems, try this: http://www.pyacht.com/lewmar-winch-schematics.htm. I am  
in the middle of a re-fit and I picked up 2 30ST's...one new and one nearly  
new. I searched/watched eBay and various other sites for a couple of months  
over the winter and never saw a Wave Grip version, so this might be your  
best bet to get up and running quickly.

Also, for anyone needing fasteners I found a great (cheap) source, Fastener
