[C38] Hull blisters - responses appreciated

Thanks for all of the hull blister contributions. We'll sail her for a
season and deal with it after that. Can't wait to discover Broad Sound and
Boston Harbor! Keith and I are currently sailing her up from Virginia to
Massachusetts where a winter haul out is pretty much a given. We'll have
much time to plan for bottom work.
