[C38] Hatches

I'm with Marci on the "one day..." attitude. In the meantime, I'm still
trying to value engineer a solution and I'm thinking about installing a
rectangular deck prism (running fore and aft) in the center of the hatch.
Does anyone have any thoughts or see any issues with this idea?
