[C38] JACE is seriously for sale

Hey Les.

Jace is in very good shape in and out, and with a new engine, I consider the
price to be very low, so is a very good deal for a C38 buyer, hopefully she
will sell very fast...  Too bad that you have to sell it, but if you must
do.....    good luck with the deal!!
