[C38] Trans Pac Race

As has been said, congratulations to both Team Hassle and Team Peregrine for
sailing well and doing the right thing when it counts! Regardless of your
respective results, your experience became our experience, and a great
source of pride that C38's were in (and doing well in) such a significant
event.

Thank you for the effort you put forth in both the race and it's
preparation...and for sharing your adventure with the rest of us.
