[C38] Testing my Email

Nice looking boat.  I'm pulling mine soon to repair a smile, blisters, and
paint.  My thru hulls were replaced in 2005.  Anything else I should look at
while it's out?

What is a reasonable price (assuming normal conditions.ie. no major
surprises)?  Is it easier to convert from tiller to wheel while it's out?
Yard has daily fee so all things equal I'd like to keep the punch list as
small as possible.
