[C38] Seconded. Meaningful subject lines please

Without meaningful subject lines, good stuff is lost, /perdido/.
I resend some C38 email to myself after inserting a meaningful subject line.
(the only downside to Thunderbird is the inability to change subject lines,
If anyone knows how, please inform).
