[C38] Sell boat or spend for improvements

Mark,
     Go for the 1984. That 38 sounds like a hole in the ocean for money. 
a boat that neglected probably needs new sailing, rigging etc. The list 
does go on. That sounds like one of the old long Beach Yacht Club  
Congressional Cup Boats, they were ridden hard and put away wet. Joe
