[C38] glow plugs

Patrick, my thoughts are on the glow plugs, if they are working leave them
alone.  The air filter, at least mine, had some type of aluminum mesh in it
which started to come apart, I took it out and replaced it with stainless
steel wool which seems to work just fine so far.
 
I suspect you can find the glow plugs at almost any diesel repair shop and
maybe instructions on how to replace them.
