Gentlemen,  

Let me chime in here.  There is another very good product out there for the
furled asymmetrical.  Google up Bamar and select the "ROLLGEN"  both the
Code and RLG models.  I've seen this guy at the boat shows I attend and
actually changed out my hydraulic backstay  for their manual  winch-handled
backstay.  It is smooth, reliable and strong.
If anyone is interested in any of these products...I have an inside track on
some good prices from them?

Guys, the Facnor assy furler is supposed to be a very good one. They were on
the market way before Selden and Karver. Facnor is a Sparcraft division.
