[C38] water leaks

Phil: I feel so lucky. I had two leaks. One was through the rudder post. The third try at
replacing the packing in the rudder post gland worked. We are now dry in the stern. The
only current leaks are the windows, which drip during winter rains. Heavy summer sailing
washing over the windows does not lead to leaks. I have tried once to recaulk the windows
and will attempt to do so again this summer; fingers crossed. The hose spraying is a good
tactic, thanks for the idea. Don
