[C38] dry bilge

Steve:
Discreet Charm has a dry bilge except after rain, which sends fresh water down the mast.
Icebox melt water also puts fresh water into the bilge. These sources are removed by a tiny
bilge pump that draws from very near the floor of the bilge. I sponge out the remainder
and leave her dry. We repaired sea water leaks in the cockpit drains, the steering tube
gland, and the shaft log.
