[C38] Weather

[Don Strong]

Having lived in both southern California and Costa Rica, I can say that 
I envy both of you guys. But having just returned from 21 degrees, icy 
streets, and boats looking forlorn on the hard in NYC, SF Bay is looking 
pretty good. Might try to get out this weekend, with gloves and ski cap.
