[C38] perfect heel

I find 0 degrees of heel and 2200 rpm works really well :)

The most productive speed is that yielding the greatest pleasure of the
sail for the most important crew. She likes "not too much," and actually
the C38 goes along pretty good with "not too much" heel. Other times,
more heal, and a bit faster.
