[C38] water leaks

Doby, are you seeing any streaking (water) down the inside walls, in the
hanging locker or at the chain plates? I have a leak that I couldn't find
and it turns out that I need to re-bed the toe rails.  I don't get any
leaking unless I get into heavy seas and/or the rail is in the water.
